Touchscreen has poor response issues

Issue description

Control panel ignores end‑user choices or makes random selections without user input.

Solution

Go to the home screen and look for “Remote operator panel activated” at the top. If the message is present, there is a remote user operating on the printer control panel.

• To remove the remote operator, turn off the printer and power it back on after 30 seconds
• To disable Remote operator panel, contact your device administrator
