Issue Description:
Device is displaying both of the following issues:
- Printer displays any of these messages - Magenta Cartridge Low, Cyan Cartridge Low, Yellow Cartridge Low, Black Cartridge Low.
- Fade or void in the printed page matching the color low message
Solution:
The print cartridge is end of life when:
The printer displays a message on the operator panel that a Print Cartridge is "Cartridge Low". An Example of the Embedded Web Server “Cartridge Low” warning below.
The printer has started to run out of usable toner for the color that coincides with the Cartridge Low message such that color toner is lighter and less uniform on the printed page (Fade). The customer will notice a deterioration in print quality as the print cartridge has been depleted of usable toner.

When both Low Toner and Color Fade are present, this is the signal that the print cartridge of that color is at end of life and should be replaced. Customer should purchase replacement aftermarket cartridges.
