No watermark appears when printing from a browser

Issue description

Watermark is not visible when printing from browsers such as Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge.

Solution

This issue is caused by the metafile spooling being set by default to Automatic. To solve the issue, Metafile spooling should be set to “On”. Refer to the following steps:

  • Go to Printing Preferences and select Other Options.
  • From Metafile spooling, change Automatic to On and select OK.
