Try rotating the image to 180 degrees and check whether the print defect will not show on the other end of the print pattern.

Note: Change this through the driver setting, if printing through the driver.

Slow down the print speed by selecting either Quiet mode or Cardstock mode. Follow any of these methods below to switch printing to Quiet mode.

Type the printer IP on a browser then navigate to Device > Maintenance > Config Menu > Device Operations > select Quiet Mode then click the Save button to save changes.

Print on a lighter media and observe whether the print quality improves.
