Issue description

Papers with maximum width especially on A6, A5, JIS B5, A4, LT/LG sizes tend to buckle or bend when Tray 1 side guides are set and snap first on the designated paper size before loading the paper to the tray. This procedure may result to fail-to-pick or 202.16 paper jam.

Solution

The paper should be loaded in the tray first before moving the side guides to the media's maximum width.

  1. Load paper on Tray 1.

  2. Adjust Tray 1 side guides to the maximum width of paper, but not too tight.
