Issue description

An error occurs when printing PDF files from the Lexmark Mobile Print app.

Explanation

The PDF files are not supported on the Lexmark Mobile Print app which causes this error message to appear.

Recommendation

To print PDF files from your mobile device, it is recommended to use the following mobile apps:

  • AirPrint
  • Google Cloud Print
  • Mopria Print Service
