Affected products

Click Properties in the title section above.

Issue description

After clearing a paper jam issue, it is observed that there are repeating marks or spots in a 75.4 mm frequency found on the printout.

Possible cause

This print quality issue can occur when the surface of the photoconductor drum is scratched by the inner part of the front cover (A)while removing the Imaging Unit. This could happen if the imaging unit is not fully lifted or raised when removed from the printer after clearing a paper jam or replacing supplies.

Recommendation

To avoid seeing this print quality issue, make sure to carefully raise or lift the Imaging Unit when removing it from the printer.
