White gapping issue after printing a document

Issue description

It has been observed that after printing a document in an environment that has a 50&notEntitydeg;Farenheit (10&notEntitydeg;Celsius) temperature, the printouts appear with some white gaps on the right edge of the paper. Click here to view sample image.

Print at least 20-25 pages and observe if the white gapping issue disappears.

If the print quality issue continues to appear, perform a power-on-reset (POR) by powering the printer off and power it back ON.

Open the printer front door and remove the supplies.

Remove the toner cartridge from the imaging unit to separate the two supplies. Click here to view image.

Insert the toner cartridge back to the imaging unit, install back the supplies to the printer and close the front door.

Perform a test print and check if the PQ issue still appears.

Should the issue persist, replace the black toner cartridge.
