Repeating white voids at the edge of the printout

Issue description

White gaps/voids are appearing at the edge of paper. Click here to see sample iimage:

Note:  This issue usually occurs at 50&notEntitydeg;Farenheit (10&notEntitydeg;Celsius) temperature or at cold start environment.

Solution

Follow the steps below to fix the issue:

1. Print at least 20 pages and observe whether the repeating white gaps remain. In printing several pages, engine warms up and improves the print quality.



2. If the issue still persists, replace the Toner Cartridge (Part number: B220XA0)

Replacing the toner cartridge:

• Open the printer front door and remove the supplies.
• Remove the toner cartridge from the imaging unit to separate the two supplies.
• Insert the new toner cartridge to the imaging unit, install back the supplies to the printer and close the front door.
