Lexmark Mobile Assistant App Appears 'Not Connected' After Successful Wireless Setup

Issue description

After successfully setting up a wireless connection on the Lexmark Mobile Assistant App, a message always appears which says that it is 'Not connected'.

Explanation and Recommendation

This scenario is considered FAD or functioning as designed. The UI (user interface) cancels the wireless setup as soon as it successfully connects to the wireless access point.

It is recommended to always check the printers control panel and make sure that it successfully connects to the wireless connection.
