Narrow horizontal bands appear on the printed image.
This bands appear in a pattern with a 96 mm distance between each defect.
Print Sample Defect
Power the printer Off.
Open the printer front door.
Remove the supply (toner cartridge and imaging unit).
Separate the toner cartridge from the imaging unit.
Shake the toner cartridge, side to side, then re-install it back to the printer.
Power the printer On and perform a test print.
Note: The horizontal bands should completely disappear after additional printing.
