Network monitoring tools not recognizing a wirelessly connected Lexmark device

Issue description

The wireless modules in these products use a MAC address that is not part of the Lexmark MAC address block.

Network monitoring tools that scan the MAC address of the wireless card may not identify the printer as a Lexmark device when connected wirelessly.

Solution

Connect the device via an Ethernet cable or allow the printer MAC address in the security tool.
