Paper jam caused by paper stuck in the Fuser

Issue description

A jam occurs when paper is stuck inside the printer.

Solution

1. Power the printer Off.



2. Remove the paper tray.



3. Check for any paper that is stuck in the printer.



4. Clear any paper that is jammed.



5. Open the rear of the printer and check if paper is still stuck inside the printer.

   Note:  If paper is still stuck, DO NOT ATTEMPT TO CLEAR THE JAM BY STICKING AN OBJECT INTO THE FUSER WHILE THE PRINTER IS CONNECTED TO POWER.
