600.11 Paper jam issue

issue description

A 600.11 paper jam appears on the printer display while powering the printer on.

This error means the printer sensor is detecting some packaging materials left on the printer supplies that were not completely removed.

Solution

1. Open the printer front door.



2. Remove the supplies (toner cartridge and imaging unit).



3. Separate the cartridge and imaging unit.



4. Check for any packaging material such as wrappers, foam, or other that are left on the supplies.



5. Insert the supplies back to the printer.



6. Press the "Continue" button on the control panel to clear the error message.
