The following paper jam error messages are prompted on the printer control panel:
There is a paper jam in the paper path.
Open the front door and remove the toner cartridge and imaging unit.
Remove the paper jam and check the input tray for any jams.
Make sure that the paper is properly loaded in the tray.
Reinstall the imaging unit and toner cartridge then close the front door.
If the same error message and paper jam re-occur, contact support for further assistance.
