Waste Toner Bottle full message is prompted on the control panel

Issue description

A "Waste Toner Bottle Full" intervention message appears too early on the printer display even when the supply is still sufficient. This happens when printing continuous duplex or using narrow media.

Solution

1. Check the Waste Toner Bottle (WTB) located at the rear right side of the printer.



2. Give a few good taps to allow the waste toner to settle normally in the bottle.



3. Remove the waste toner bottle if the warning message remains.

   Note:  The WTB can possibly have excess toner which could cause a mess, make sure to place a paper under the WTB before performing this step.



4. Gently tap the waste toner bottle on the table with a right side up position.
