The instructions below offer an alternate method for determining supported printers and firmware levels for any eSF application.
NOTE: This method only works if the customer has a copy of the flash file, e.g., scan to network/Remote Copy eSF.fls.
What to do
Open the .fls file with a text editor (MS Wordpad or
Notepad work fine).
Check the following @PJL Comment line at the top of the page.
