Unable to Open the Lexmark Print Management (LPM) Page

Overview

A "This application can only be run using Microsoft Internet explorer" error appears when opening the LPM web page.


NOTE:
This happens after updating to any Internet Explorer (IE) version or resetting the IE settings. The Lexmark Management Console (LMC) and other functions work fine.

Solution

Adding the LPM web address to IE’s compatibility list will fix the issue. Refer to the following steps:

1.Open an Internet Explorer (IE) browser.
2.Go to Tools and select the Compatibility View Settings option.
3.Type the LPM web address and click the Add button to save it.
4.Open the LPM page to see whether the issue persists.
