How to find version

Premise- local server based Print Release

  1. Open the Lexmark Solutions Icon. This is commonly located on the Desktop.

  2. Or, enter http://<server address>/sites/Lexmark.

  3. Click the Home tab (view normally defaults to this tab)

  4. Version located in About Lexmark Solutions box.

Lexmark Legacy Print Release (SD&I Print Release)

Pint Release Version:

  1. Open Lexmark Management Console (LMC). To do this, enterhttp://<server address>:9780/lmc

  2. Choose the Solutions tab.

  3. Click the Print Release solution name.

LDD version:

  1. Open Lexmark Management Console.To do this, enter http://<server address>:9780/lmc

  2. Click the About tab.

Ringdale - FollowMe

Version of FollowMe_Embedded_Lexmark eSF.

  1. Open the printer's EWS, by entering the device's IP Address or Host Name into your browser's URL field.

  2. Click Applications.

  3. Check your version of FollowMe_Embedded_Lexmark.

Pharos - Blueprint Enterprise

Lexmark eDAS for User Level Tracking - Blueprint Enterprise

  1. Login to the Blueprint Administrator

  2. Select "Help" from the Menu bar

  3. Choose "About"

  4. The installed Product and Version numbers are displayed

eDAS version:

  1. Open the MFP/SFP Embedded Web Server

  2. Click Settings or Configuration

  3. Click Device Solutions--eSF or Embedded Solutions

  4. Check your version of eDAS
