Restoring organization Administrator account roles

Overview:

The Organization Administrator will still be able to login, but their dashboard will either be blank or show cards with the message “Data unavailable. You do not have access.”

Reports of the issue may include: “I believe I messed up my dashboard. I removed my rolls and groups. How can I get them set back up? Unfortunately, I’m the administrator account for my business.”

Solutions:

  • Roles can be restored by another Organization Administrator within their organization.

  • If the Organization Administrator is in a child organization, a Partner with the Organization Administrator role added to a Child Organization Access group can restore the role.

  • If no other Organization Administrator exists in that organization or the options above are not possible, then only a member of Lexmark’s Cloud Operations group can restore the Organization Administrator role. Contact the Technical Solutions Center for assistance.
