Issue Description:
When releasing a Hybrid print job, the expected print out is not received. The page printed has the text "Javascript has been disabled in your browser".
This issue is caused by the printer trying to use the customer’s proxy to access the Hybrid print job on the user’s workstation. The message printed is an error message generated by the customer’s proxy.
Solution:
The solution is to uncheck the “Use Proxy” checkbox in the Serverless Web Server Settings (e5 Printers) section or the Web Server Settings (e2 – e4 Printers) section of the Print Release eSF application. The printer should be rebooted after this change is made.
