Unable to log in to Lexmark services/portals upon migration to a CIAM org

Issue description

When a Lexmark customer/partner with an IdP Lexmark Cloud Services org is migrated to a CIAM org, there are instances whereas the customer/partner cannot log in to various Lexmark services/portals (for example, Lexmark Cloud Services, D365, Percipio, etc.).

Solution

Perform the following actions if a customer/partner is having trouble logging in to one of Lexmark’s various services/portals and you know that their Lexmark Cloud Services org was migrated from an IdP org to a CIAM org.

  1. Clear the cache in their browser.

  2. Close all browser windows.

  3. Open a new browser window.

  4. Try to log in to the appropriate Lexmark services/portals.
