Issue Description:
The Common Device Communication Library (CDCL) used by the Fleet Agent requires that SNMP v3 be enabled on all printers managed by a Fleet Agent. SNMP v3 does not have to be configured, but it must be enabled.
Solution:
Enable SNMP v3 on the printer's embedded web server under Settings > Networks/Ports > SNMP
Additional Information:
This issue also exists for MVE. Refer to KB Article xref_SO7998_xref.
The Enabled checkbox under SNMP v3 must be checked for CDCL to communicate with the printer. No other settings changes need to be made. Read/Write or Read Only credentials do not have to be added to the configuration.
