Issue Description:
The Fleet Agent supports the use of a Context Name with SNMP v3 for compatibility with 3rd-party printers.
However, Lexmark printers with Firmware versions older than xxx.074.xxxxdoes not support a Context Name.
Solution:
To discover printers when using an SNMP v3 profile do either of the following:
Update the Lexmark printer’s firmware to xxx.074.xxxx or greater.
Refer to KB Article xref_HO550_xref for steps on how to download and update the printer firmware. Make sure to restart the printer after performing the update.
Remove the Context Name setting from the Fleet Agent’s SNMP profile.
Separate Fleet Agent SNMP profiles can be created with and without specifying a Context Name
