Affected Products:
Single-Function: All Color and Mono Laser SFP Devices.
Multifunction:
All Color and Mono Laser MFP Devices.

Issue Description:
When IPDS print jobs are sent to the printer, the following issues occur:
The print jobs are flushed out - The printer goes to a Busy state then back to the Ready state without printing the IPDS print job.
The printer goes into a loop - The instance is similar to the first issue, however, instead of going back to the Ready state, it loops back and tries to print the IPDS job again.

Solution:
To resolve this issue, a certain setting under the Function access control (FAC) must be enabled. To do this follow the steps provided below:

Access the printer's embedded web server (EWS).

Navigate to:
Security > Login > Methods > Manage Permissions > Function Access

Make sure to enable ''Color Print" for color printers or "B/W Print" for monochrome printers.
Note: These settings must be enabled to provide the device access to print all the jobs it receives.
