Background dots or pixelated scan output with black and white setting

Issue description

Scan quality with the Black and White color setting results in extremely pixelated images and text.

Solution

Change the Color setting from Black and White to Gray or Color for the given scan function, i.e., Copy, Scan to E-mail, Scan to FTP, Scan to Network Folder.
