Issue description
Wireless connectivity issues are encountered when connecting Lexmark printers or any multi-function devices to certain models of wireless gateway modems which is supplied by Comcast/Xfinity1 and/or Rogers/Shaw2
- Wireless connection is successful but unable to print
- Printer obtains wireless network IP address via DHCP but still unable to print
- Pinging the printer IP results in a large number of lost packets and/or ping timeouts
- The embedded web server (EWS) intermittently loads when accessed

Note: Not all Arris models or wireless gateway telephony modem firmware revisions may exhibit these issues. Issues reported with Arris Surfboard SVG2482AC, Arris TG1682G, Cisco DPC3941T also reported

The gateways use an Atheros AR9381-AL1A chipset for the 2.4 GHz wireless network.
