Shingled feed jams on non‑lift plate trays

Issue description

Double and shingled paper feeds with non-lift plate trays.

The following are also observed:

• LED is flashing
• EWS status is showing 'Not Ready"
• Potential 200.05F paper jam, front door A message; the rate for this type of jam is 1/37,000 on average

Solution

1. Remove the stack of paper from the tray, fan the paper, reload it into the tray, and retest.
