Bin Full error message with the bin not full

Issue description

When a document goes through the output bin, a premature ‘Bin Full’ error message appears even if the bin is far less than the declared capacity and printing therefore stops.

The following are other issues encountered when the ‘Bin Full’ error message appears:

• Users are directed to empty the standard output bin.
• The paper stack in the standard bin is curled.
• Once user clears the paper stack, printing continues.

Solution

1. Clear the output bin.

   Note:  If the curl continues for succeeding sheets after printing has resumed, the machine will again declare a Bin Full condition prematurely.



2. Flip the media stack over in the tray source. This procedure aims to move the exposed surfaces of the media stack to the bottom of the tray, reversing the L-curl direction.
