The printer won't boot up, it only displays a blank screen and no power at all.
Root Causes and Resolution
Check to see if the printer is plugged directly into the wall outlet or surge protector, and plug directly into a wall outlet. Try another known good outlet if needed.
A 115V (low-voltage) printer will not work properly in a 220V (high-voltage) environment, and vice versa.
Optional accessories; e.g., option trays, other power adapters or power inverters might be causing the problem, verify that the options are all properly installed, and remove all options and plug directly into the wall outlet.
