When copying or scanning multiple sheets from the ADF, the feeder picks several sheets into the scanner at one time and feeds them through. There may, or may not be a jam. Sometimes all of the multi-picked sheets will go through the entire path without jamming.
Solution
| Step | Action |
| 1 | Make sure that the original media has been separated, has no staples, and is not welded together from staples, or stuck together in any way. Fan and flex the media before loading them into the ADF tray. |
| 2 | If multi-feeding still occurs, then turn on ADF DeSkew by navigating through Settings > Device > Maintenance > Scanner Configuration > ADF Deskew > set it to ON. |
