What you will see
When feeding from the scanner automatic document feeder (ADF), you experience one or all of the following symptoms:
- ADF top cover pops open on the rear side.
- Grinding noise
- Paper-pick failures
- Paper jams
Check the followng scanner ADF guidelines:
- Do not exceed the ADF's maximum tray capacity.
- Make sure the ADF cover is fully closed.
