Scratch marks or white spots seen on the duplex side of the page

Issue description

When performing a 2-sided printing, the first page is printed fine while the duplex side of the page depicts white vertical streaks on graphics and images.

Solution

To resolve the issue, follow the steps below:

1. Load a fresh ream of paper



2. Perform a manual duplex by printing on one side then load the paper back to the tray to print the duplex or second side of the page.
