Cloud Fleet Management: Native Agent hangs checking connection with Cloud Services

Issue description

After “Enabling communications with Lexmark Cloud Services” on the printer, it will show the following messages (click the link below to view image):

And will not progress to successful connection status. Click the link below to show how the successful connection status should appear.

Solution

To resolve this issue, use the Printer Enrollment Tool (PET) to enroll the printer.
