Solution
SharePoint has recently added new column types which the current version of the Lexmark Scan to Sharepoint app does not handle.
For the issue to be resolved, install a new version of the app:
- For Lexmark devices released in the year 2016‑2022; version 2.0.5.1
- For Lexmark devices released in the year 2008‑2014; version 2.0.3.1
