When printing a black-and-white or monochrome document, the image somehow appears grainy and a bit light. It is also observed that the printed images have small white dots or voids.

Reset the printer's toner cartridge and Imaging unit.
Perform a Power-on-reset (POR).
Print a test page and check if the print quality defect still appears.
Should the issue persist, adjust the tonerdarkness by increasing its value to 10 before printing document.
To change the toner darkness, Navigate to: Settings > Print > Quality > Toner Darkness
