Close front door message appears on printer display

Issue description

After powering the printer On or while trying to send a print job, a "Close front door" message appears on the printer display.

This happens even when the printer front door is closed. Click here to show image on how the error displays on the Operator Panel.

Solution

1. Open the printer front door and then close it back properly. Click here to view image.



2. Power off the printer for a few minutes and power it back on.
