Unable to deploy Cloud Print Management bundle

Issue Description:

  • The Cloud Print Management configuration bundle will fail when deployed.
  • The ESF log shows that it cannot connect to the S3 bucket which is (files-prod1-eu-data-iss-lexmark-com.s3.eu-central-1.amazonaws.com).
  • S3 bucket is where the applications and configurations are stored for deployment.

Solution:

To resolve this issue, Install the CPM bundle manually. For Lexmark devices released in the year 2016 - 2020, use Print Release version 5.4.23.

This version permits connection to Print Release using a proxy which allows the connection to succeed.

Note:

Using the latest Print Release version will not let the users release their print jobs.
