Half Backside of the page is covered in black when duplex copying

Issue description

When making a duplex copy, the first page is printed out just fine but the second page or backside page is printed out with a shaded panel on the left side while dots and lines on the right side.

Note:  Only duplex copy is having an issue and printing duplex works fine.

Solution

1. Power off the printer for a few seconds and power it back on.



2. Perform another duplex copy to check if the issue remains.



3. If the same issue persists, printer firmware needs to be updated.
