Stuck print job and cannot be cleared from the print queue

Single-Function: CS921, CS923, CS927

Issue Description:

When checking the print job from the print job queue on the printer, the document is stuck with a pending status and can't be cleared.

However, the document prints normally be it from a desktop PC or printing an internal page such as the MSP (menu settings page).


To resolve this issue, the Reset Engine Service Error needs to be performed. This setting clears a service error and restores the engine settings.

  1. Enter the Diagnostics menu, by pressing the* * 3 6 on the control panel.

  2. Then navigate to:Printer setup > Reset Engine Service Error

  3. Touch Start.
