Issue description

Printing documents in an environment with low humidity can cause issues with print quality. One of the issues described are random white spots seen all over the page of a printed document.

Recommendation

To prevent the

white spots

from occurring, make sure that the printer is located in an area that follows the recommended operating environment and power requirement specifications.

  • Humidity: Relative humidity is 15 to 85%

For areas that have low humidity, it is advised to use a humidifier to avoid experiencing this issue.


NOTE:
A humidifier is a device that increases humidity (moisture) in a single room or an entire building.
