Printing documents in an environment with low humidity can cause issues with print quality. One of the issues described are random white spots seen all over the page of a printed document.

To prevent the
white spots from occurring, make sure that the printer is located in an area that follows the recommended operating environment and power requirement specifications.
- Temperature: 50 to 86
° F (10 to 30
- Humidity: Relative humidity is 15 to 85%
For areas that have low humidity, it is advised to use a humidifier to avoid experiencing this issue.
NOTE: A humidifier is a device that increases humidity (moisture) in a single room or an entire building.
