When printing a PDF file on an A3 paper size, fine lines are printed on the characters, as seen on the image below. Click here for an enlarged version of the image.
Solution
Changing the "Color Trapping" function from its factory default value "2" to "Off" will fix the issue.
Follow these steps below to change the "Color Trapping" value.

1 | From the printer home screen, touch Settings. | |
2 | Touch Device and scroll down to select Maintenance then Configuration Menu. | |
3 | Navigate through Print Configuration > Color Trapping and touch the drop down arrow to change the value. | |
4 | Change the Color Trapping value from "2" to "Off" and save the changes. | |
