When printing from the 2500-sheet tray, the printer registers a 243.36 paper jam error code.
It was discovered that the main cause of this issue is the incorrect loading of media in the 2500-sheet tray. To resolve this issue, follow the procedures below:
Check the condition of the paper loaded in the 2500-sheet tray.
Is the paper properly loaded in the tray?

Replace the paper in the tray with a fresh ream of media and make sure that it is the correct size and is properly loaded.
