Overview
A clicking or skipping gear noise emanates from the back-side of the printer around IBT belt height, and proceeds with a 202.93 jam message. This error is defined as a jam at the fuser entry, or the fuser exit sensor never turns on.

Service actions
Step 1:Determine if the waste toner bottle is clogged
The Waste Toner Bottle (WTB) has a capacity of 50,000 pages. Should the WTB become clogged or backed up, that can lead to a numerous errors, including a 202.93 printer jam.
Step 2: If necessary, replace the transfer belt (Intermediate Belt Transfer (IBT))
Instructions:

| 1 | Open door A, remove the screwdriver and power the printer Off. | |
| 2 | Open door C and make sure that the door does not hit any cables attached to the printer.
Note: If a 3000-sheet tray is installed, slide the tray to the right, then open the door.

| 3 | Remove the door stopper using the screwdriver from Step 1. | |
| 4 | Loosen the screws that are securing the transfer belt. | |
| 5 | Remove the paper guide. | |
| 6 | Lift the Transfer belt up, then carefully pull it out. | |
| 7 | Unpack the new Transfer belt and install it in the printer until it clicks into place. | |
| 8 | Insert the paper guide, secure the Transfer belt, and then reinstall the stopper. | No Image |
| 9 | Power On the printer, print a test page and check whether the issue persists. | No Image |
