The paper jams under the printer's first vertical transfer roller (as shown in the image below) and the printer posts a 297.93 and/or 200.98 paper jam error.
A continuous use of dusty paper with over a million page count on the feed roller and no periodic cleaning applied cause the issue.
A periodic cleaning may be necessary to keep sensors clean and rollers free of dust that could impede performance.
