Lexmark CS|CX92x: Incorrect Supply Information

Single-Function: CS92x, C9235

Multifunction: CX92x, XC9225, XC9235, XC9245, XC9255,XC9265

When checking the printer supply information, either by printing the printer Device Statistics report or via the printer display, the supply level is incorrect

(specifically to the Black Photoconductor).

1. Update the printer firmware to version CXTMH.070.201 or a xref_RE257_xref level.



2. Refer to xref_HO550 _xref for the steps.

Have the following available when calling Lexmark Technical Support;

• Printer model(s)

• Serial Number, Machine Type, and Configuration ID Location for the Lexmark MS, MX, XM, CS, CX, XC, 91X - 92x Series Printers and MFPs

• Toner/imaging unit/waste toner bottle part number and serial number
