121.45 error and/or firmware error 900.00 with machine check 121.45 message

Issue description

The printer posts 121.45 error message and/or firmware error [900.00] with machine check 121.45 message (as shown in the following image).

Solution

Perform the following steps to Reset Engine Service Error.

1. Access the Diagnostics menu, and then navigate to: Printer setup > Reset Engine Service Error.



2. Touch Start.

   Reset Engine Service Error setting clears a service error and restores the engine settings.
