Issue Description:

Authenticating to the printerusing Full Nameequivalentto the displayName in AD – fails to retrieve %homeDirectory%, which then prevents scanning to a network folder.

Normally, the userID or sAMACcountName value is used as the LDAP User ID attribute.

Solution:

Version 1.2.28.7 of Scan Center is available and allows an additional ' displayName' filter for entering a different value.

This original issue resulted from a Special Product Request ( SPR).

Explanation:

Scan Center needs the ability to specify the "LDAP User ID Attribute" like Scan to Network can. In Scan to Network, if you enter an "LDAP Path Attribute", it will bring up a new "LDAP User ID Attribute" field.
