Issue description
In humid environments, the paper scrolls up in the printer’s exit bin. The sheets roll up in the exit area such that the leading edge of a page touches a later portion of the same page. See sample image below:

Possible cause
Lowered beam strength of the paper in humid environments, as well as the exit tray angle and the drop from the printer exit to the exit tray, cause the issue.
In humid environments, the paper’s leading edge will tend to drop to the exit tray sooner than in dry environments. This leads to the leading edge dragging a bit while the rest of the page gets pushed out over top of the scrolling sheet.
Not every sheet will scroll in wet environments, but it is more likely to occur in these environments. A second exiting sheet can sometimes catch on the first scrolled sheet and create another scrolled sheet, and then another. There is no damage to the sheet itself, it is just poor stacking.

Solution
Step 1. Ensure that the paper loaded in the tray is a supported media for the printer.
Step 2. Check the paper condition in the trays. If paper is curling or swelling from absorbed moisture, then replace the paper in the tray with a fresh ream of paper. Should error persist, contact Lexmark Technical Support for further assistance.
